Shipping policy

All pieces are made to order and will have shipping lead times of 2-4 weeks for most pieces, and typically longer for custom orders. Please check the shipping timelines written in each product description. For custom orders, please contact me via email at mal@malloryblackjewelry.com. Every package is fully insured and orders over $500 will require a signature upon arrival. If you will not be home to sign for your package, please email me immediately after purchase and I can ship your package to the nearest UPS holding center where you can pick it up from. The holding center will keep your package for 7 days and will require an ID to receive the package.
