Refund policy

Because my jewelry is made to order, returns are not accepted. If your jewelry arrives damaged due to shipping, please send me an email me within 3 days of receiving your package to be eligible for an exchange. Jewelry must be unworn and returned in the condition it arrived in and its original packaging. Customers will be responsible for shipping rates. Eligibility for repairs and exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for understanding!
