Heirloom Redesigns

Meet for a 45 minute consultation where I will look at your heirloom jewelry and assess the pieces we will be redesigning. In some cases, I will have a GIA certified Gemologist assess your gems so we know exactly what we're working with. During our meeting we will discuss design ideas, timeline, and budget for your new piece of jewelry. A $500 deposit is taken to proceed with the project and will go towards the overall price of the piece.

In some cases, it is crucial that I know exactly what type of gemstone I am dealing with when crafting your piece of jewelry. That way I can treat the gems with the right care necessary when setting them into the new piece. If I need further clarification about your gems, I will have them assessed by a trusted GIA certified Gemologist before moving forward with the project.

Next, I will create a digital sketch of your new jewelry piece based on what we discussed during our design consultation. This will help you visualize the piece before it's made so we can alter the design until it's to your liking. Once you approve the design, a 3D CAD model will be created to initiate the Production Phase.

The Production Phase consists of all the bench work necessary to physically create your new piece of jewelry. Cast cleaning, stone setting, and polishing are a few key steps in this phase. Each piece is created by me in my studio.

Once your new jewelry piece is finished, I will send you final photos and get it ready for delivery. Local drop off & pick up options are available, and shipping is always fully insured and expedited for non-local clients. Now it's time to wear your new heirloom and cherish it for years to come!
