About Mallory Black Jewelry

I'm Mallory, creator of Mallory Black Jewelry.

I began my jewelry making journey in high school where I would walk the aisles of craft stores searching for little trinkets I could turn into wearable jewelry. Later on in college I took a welding class and instantly fell in love with the art of heating, bending, and shaping metal. After countless hours of soul searching and continually asking myself questions like, "what would I be happy waking up and doing every day?" my fierce need for independence and creative expression drew me towards the path of creating my own jewelry brand.

I have graduated from the GIA (Gemological Institute of America) with a Graduate Jeweler's Diploma and Digital Jewelry Sketching and Design Certificate and have furthered my studies at New Approach School for Jewelers learning from Tiffany & Co.'s former Master Craftsman Jason Marchiafava. I have had the chance to work alongside talented and seasoned jewelers who have shared a wealth of knowledge with me. I have a background in bridal jewelry, specifically engagement rings, and am now extending my line to offer high quality fine jewelry to honor every season of life. Each piece is designed and worked on with my own two hands at my studio in Nashville, TN.

I believe jewelry is meant to be beautiful, well crafted, and encapsulate deep emotional meaning. I work exclusively with precious metals and rare, authentic gemstones. I take pride in creating heirloom quality jewelry, not cheap mass-produced pieces. My jewelry is made to age gracefully with wear so you can enjoy it for years to come.

 Yours truly,

Mallory
